Embodied Movement Session: Free Flow, Toning, and Rejuvenation
This 1-hour session blends free-flow dance, movement, and toning, designed to help you reconnect with your body and embrace your inner radiance.
Parts of the session will be guided to help you feel comfortable, allowing you to let go and move with the rhythms of your body. As the session progresses, you’ll have space to free flow.
Please bring water to stay hydrated throughout the session.

A Community Iftar is a gathering where people from diverse backgrounds come together to break their fast during Ramadan, the holy month observed by Muslims worldwide. Traditionally, Iftar is eaten at sunset to end the daily fast. As a community event, it is an opportunity to foster unity, inclusivity, and mutual understanding among different groups.
This Community Iftar is open to Muslims and non-Muslims alike, serving as a bridge between cultures, faiths, and social groups.

Join Chantelle Wellness Love for a transformative session designed to help you release, reset, and realign with self-love.
In this session, we’ll gently let go of any heaviness in the mind, body, and soul. Through guided intention setting, you’ll connect with your heart centre, grounding your self-love intentions deep within. We’ll then move into a deeply relaxing Reiki-infused meditation, allowing any lingering stagnant energy or tension to dissolve, leaving you feeling lighter, softer, and renewed.
