PRIVATE HIRE
During periods when the community space is not reserved for events and in use by community groups, we are able to offer the use of the meeting room and event space for private hire, available to hire on an hourly and daily basis.
The rooms will be provided at a discounted rate for charities and community organisations.
These spaces will be available to be hired for a variety of events. For example:
• Meetings, Workshops and Training Sessions
• Business and Leisure Events
• Private Events

*Additional rates will apply for out of hours and weekend hire.

What spaces are available?
The Event Space – 1,442 sq ft multi-purpose room
The Meeting Room – 333 sq ft
The Event Space is designed to hold up to 120 people (standing) and 60 people (seating), and the meeting room can accommodate up to 25 people (standing) and 18 people (Seating).
How much does it cost?
The Meeting Room is available for £45/hour.
The Event Space is available for £150/hour, half-day hire(4 hours) is charged £500 and full-day hire (8 hours) is charged £800 for private hire events.
