Monthly Community Yoga

A monthly yoga class designed by Zael Moves to welcome everyone, carving out space to move, breathe and be still together. Whether you're new to yoga or are a seasoned mover, these sessions will help regulate your nervous system, providing a midday lift and bringing some ease to the rest of your day.

Each class includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (physical postures), moving meditation, and relaxation to finish.

This class is an opportunity to listen in and make adjustments that suit your body and mood.

Classes are free - donations welcome - to ensure accessibility for all.

Bring your own mat and any props you might need.

Join us for a tea/coffee and chat in the cafe afterwards.
