Start your day with intention, gratitude, and ease. Join me for a 30-45 minute session that begins with a grounding meditation, followed by gentle, explorative movement to awaken your body and mind. A nourishing way to set the tone for the day ahead.
No experience with meditation or movement is required. You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat or your meditation cushion, sit on a chair, or rest against a wall on the floor — whatever feels most comfortable for you. Meditation can also be done standing.
