This in person, beginner friendly session offers a soft and grounded introduction to mindfulness meditation in a supportive space. Together, we will explore different meditation practices and ways of connecting with the body, breath, and present moment with curiosity and compassion.

Perfect for complete beginners, as well as anyone wishing to slow down and reconnect with themselves before stepping into the day.

No experience needed. Just come as you are. 

This is an inclusive space and all are welcome, regardless of background, race, gender, sexuality, age, ability, religion, or experience level.
