Self Love & Reiki Meditation

Join Chantelle Wellness Love for a transformative session designed to help you release, reset, and realign with self-love.

In this session, we’ll gently let go of any heaviness in the mind, body, and soul. Through guided intention setting, you’ll connect with your heart centre, grounding your self-love intentions deep within. We’ll then move into a deeply relaxing Reiki-infused meditation, allowing any lingering stagnant energy or tension to dissolve, leaving you feeling lighter, softer, and renewed.

What to Bring:

  • A mat

  • Warm clothing (as your body may cool down during relaxation)

  • A blanket, if needed, for extra comfort

  • Water

  • A pen and notebook for reflection
