Weekly Vinyasa

BPOC Yoga Club is creating a space where POC feel supported and empowered to practice yoga, feel better and connect with one another.

Class style: Vinyasa (all abilities welcome) Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of postures. It builds strength, flexibility, and focus while promoting a moving meditation.
